FSA, COBRA and Compliance Services

Pioneer offers select services to employers. These services are typically coordinated by a broker or consultant, who is compensated by Pioneer. The employer product portfolio includes the PioneerFlex card (a user-friendly, debit card-based Flexible Spending Account program), COBRA administration, and legal/compliance services (drafting or reviewing Plan Documents, Summary Plan Descriptions; preparing Form 5500s).
 

Once you have received your PioneerFlex card in the mail, please read the cardholder agreement and sign the back of the card.

The card acts as a MasterCard at the point of service (POS). If the provider asks you credit or debit, always select credit--there is no PIN number associated with this card.

Remember: The PioneerFlex card is not paperless, it is more convenient and uses less paper.
